DiscountTradesman.com is a U.S.-based online retail store located in Utah. We ship physical products within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

All orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Most customers receive their order within 6–7 business days total from the date of purchase.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Any applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
