- **Cost**: The consultation is just **$99**.
- **In-Person Visit**: Our skilled professionals will come to your home, assess the job, and determine what’s needed.
- **Estimate Provided**: After evaluating your project, we’ll provide you with a detailed estimate. If you’re satisfied with the estimate, we can schedule a date for the work to begin—sometimes even the same day!

   - You’ll receive an estimate prior to the job. A **50% down payment** is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. We’ll ensure that the final price remains within the provided range, and you’ll be responsible for material costs.

3. **Supplies Included**:
   - Similar to the lump sum option, but we handle the cost of supplies. You’ll receive a breakdown of the work and materials, and must pay for the full cost of supplies upfront, along with **50% of the labor cost**. The remaining labor cost is due upon job completion.
